Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Bwindi

• Arrive at Entebbe International Airport and meet the guide.
• Transfer to Bwindi via Kihihi airstrip for an afternoon connecting flight.
• Evening at Sanctuary Gorilla Camp or Bwindi Lodge.
• Prepare for the next day’s trek.

Day 2 & 3: Gorilla Trekking Experience

• Early morning transfer to the park headquarters for briefing.
• Embark on a demanding but rewarding gorilla trek in Bwindi National Park.
• Spend an hour with the mountain gorillas.
• Evening relaxation at the lodge.
• Optionally, engage in a second gorilla trek or various nature walks, visit waterfalls, and meet the Batwa tribe.
• Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 4: Transfer from Bwindi to Entebbe

• Transfer to Kihihi airstrip for a scheduled flight to Entebbe.
• Optional Covid-19 PCR tests at the hotel in Entebbe.
• Check-in at Protea Entebbe Hotel for a day room to freshen up.
• Depending on flight time, transfer to Entebbe International Airport.
• Breakfast included.

• Sanctuary Gorilla Camp or Bwindi Lodge for 3 nights.
• Day Room at Protea Entebbe Hotel.

Day 1: Upon arrival at the Entebbe International Airport you will be met by our guide. Having passed immigration and luggage collection, you will be transferred for your onward afternoon connecting flight to Bwindi home to the famous Mountain Gorillas” The Silver-back” via Kihihi airstrip. Your guide will be waiting to transfer to your lodge.

Have a relaxed evening preparing for tomorrows trek and any preparations that may be required.

Day 02 & 3: Gorilla experience today. Early morning with earlier breakfast, you will be transferred to the park headquarters, after the routine briefing by the wardens in Bwindi National Park, head on for the day’s adventure. The trekking is a demanding but rewarding experience.  We ensure you bring with you enough drinking water and packed lunch. Enjoy the whole hour with these gentle apes and later upon return have a relaxed evening at your lodge.

If back early, either at extra cost

Next day:

Either engage in another Gorilla trekking today book extra Gorilla permit in time at booking; of another Gorilla Family

Or

Engage in Various nature walks – Take a beautiful walk through various trails in the forest to the see waterfalls and other marvels, look out for birds and breathe taking sceneries.

Meet the Batwa (Pigmies) – The Batwa tribe better known as the Pigmies only began leaving their forest homes over 14 years ago and still live locally. For the opportunity to meet them and learn about their everyday life.

Day 04: Transfer Bwindi to Entebbe today:

• Scheduled flight Departs from Kihihi 09:25am Arrival Entebbe 11:25am (subject to change at short/no notice & confirmation)

Early morning after breakfast, 7:00am; we transfer to the airstrip in time for onward scheduled flight to Entebbe.

NOTE: if required depending on your next destination, Covid-19 PCR tests this morning upon arrival in Entebbe at your hotel & results within 02-3hrs remotely received.

We later drive to Entebbe check in at our day room to freshen up before next flight onwards.

Later depending of flight time, transfer to Entebbe international airport, check-in time has to be at least 02hrs before departure time. In the hall way after check-in are some duty free shops at your disposal.
